Brian Custer is a 2X Emmy Award winning Sports Broadcaster. He is an ESPN SportsCenter host as well as a national play-by-play voice for College Football, Basketball, and host of Premier Boxing Champions on Amazon Prime video.

Brian is the host and owner of a weekly podcast series, The Last Stand Podcast with Brian Custer. Featuring the unfiltered, straight talk from your favorite sports luminaries. He also co-hosted a nationally syndicated show on Sirius/XM NBA Radio.

Brian joined ESPN from Fox Sports, where he called college football, college basketball, and Showtime Championship Boxing since 2014. He has worked in Dallas, and his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, and has interviewed a wide ranging number of national sports celebrities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Hampton University, and is a proud life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Custer is a prostate cancer survivor, an avid reader and a national motivational speaker. Melvin lives in Connecticut with his wife, awarding winning sportscaster Lindsay Czarniak, who is a Fox Sports reporter and the host of the podcast “The Artist and The Athlete.” They have a son and daughter.
